Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. This role requires strong communication skills, efficient time management, and a solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling transactions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery of food and beverages
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately through cashiering procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food preparation and serving as needed to support kitchen operations
- Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest preferences are met
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries,



resolving issues promptly, and providing excellent customer service
- Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
- Housekeeping duties

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is highly desirable; familiarity with restaurant operations is a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and upselling transactions
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in the hospitality industry

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
