Inventory & E-Commerce Specialist

L1FE Outdoors Inc. | Embro, Ontario

Full-Time, Permanent | On-Site

About L1FE Outdoors

L1FE Outdoors is a growing powersports and equipment dealership in Embro, Ontario. We specialize in ATVs, side-by-sides, compact tractors, and outdoor equipment, along with parts, accessories, and service.

In addition to our retail dealership, we operate several specialized e-commerce websites serving customers across Canada and beyond.

We're a small, hands-on team where everyone plays an important role in keeping the business running smoothly.

About the Position

We're looking for an organized, motivated, and resourceful individual to join our team as an Inventory & E-Commerce Specialist.

This is a diverse, hands-on position that combines inventory management, e-commerce operations, shipping and receiving, and general business administration.

No two days are exactly alike. You might spend part of your morning processing inventory and preparing shipments, followed by updating products on our websites, researching parts, communicating with suppliers, or helping solve an operational challenge.

We're looking for someone who enjoys that variety and wants to develop the skills and confidence to independently manage their responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

- Receive, inspect, organize, and accurately record incoming inventory.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with stock counts and reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and identify inventory discrepancies.
- Research products, part numbers, and product compatibility.

E-Commerce & Website Operations

- Add and maintain product listings across our e-commerce websites.
- Update product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory information.
- Assist with online order processing and customer inquiries.
- Identify opportunities to improve product information and website organization.

Shipping, Receiving & Logistics

- Pick, pack,

and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Coordinate shipments with couriers and freight companies.
- Prepare shipping documents and assist with customs and cross-border shipments.
- Help maintain an organized and efficient warehouse.

Business Operations & Customer Support

- Assist with invoicing, order processing, and administrative tasks.
- Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and other team members.
- Research and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Support other areas of the business as needed.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with our company, take pride in their work, and become a dependable part of our team.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence using computers and the ability to learn new software.
- A natural curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new skills.
- Initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- A positive, adaptable attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- A valid driver's licence.
- The ability to safely handle inventory and assist with lifting heavier items, up to 80 lbs with appropriate assistance.

Education or experience in business, e-commerce, inventory management, logistics, or a related field is an asset, but not essential.

We are willing to train the right person. We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, aptitude,

and motivation than someone who checks every box on a résumé.

Why Join L1FE Outdoors?

- Permanent, full-time employment with a growing local business.
- A varied position offering experience across multiple business functions.
- Opportunities to develop new skills and take on greater responsibility.
- A small, supportive team where your contributions make a real difference.
- The opportunity to take ownership of your work and help improve how the business operates.

Schedule & Compensation

- Full-time, permanent position.
- Primarily weekday hours, with scheduled Thursday evenings and approximately every other Saturday.
- On-site at our Embro, Ontario location.
- Salary: $50,000-55,000 annually.
- Employee perks after six months.
- Two weeks' paid vacation, plus our paid Christmas-to-New-Year company closure.

How to Apply

A résumé and cover letter are required to be considered for this position.

In your cover letter, please tell us:

- What specifically interests you about this position at L1FE Outdoors?
- Which aspects of the role appeal to you most, and why?
- What makes you a good fit for a position involving independent problem-solving, continuous learning, and taking ownership of responsibilities?

We're not looking for a lengthy or overly formal cover letter. We simply want to understand what motivates you and why this particular opportunity interests you.

Applications without a cover letter addressing these questions will not be considered.

This is an active vacancy, and we are looking to hire as soon as possible.
