We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, delivering exceptional service to our diverse customer base.

Customer Service is the first face our swimmers see when they enter the building. This role has a big impact on our swimmers journey to Love The Water.

Your energy, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities will help build lasting relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive our commitment to excellence.

Whether assisting with inquiries or processing data entry tasks your proactive approach will be vital to our success. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact every shift.

Responsibilities

- Engage with customers in person using clear communication skills.
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently by analyzing issues and providing accurate solutions.
- Responsible for being a key holder who can be on time to open the facility when scheduled.
- Help customers accurately update customer records and transaction details in our systems when swimmers change schedules.
- Assist customers with program information.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions for analysis and continuous improvement.
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming office space, including light cleaning, mopping,



bathroom and change room upkeep.

Skills

- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices combined with professional, calm, friendly attitude.

Hours of Operation

- Monday - closed
- Tuesday - 3:15PM - 8:30PM
- Wednesday - 2:45PM - 8:30PM
- Thursday - 2:45PM - 8:30PM
- Friday - 3:45PM - 8:30PM
- Saturday - 7:30AM - 5:15PM
- Sunday - 7:30AM - 4:45PM

Please Note: Weekend shifts are typically split into AM and PM shifts.

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.5 – 12.0 per week
