As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly experienced, driven City Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow into a future leadership role.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone confident, decisive, and capable of managing high daily volumes with precision and professionalism.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Dispatching and coordinating a fleet of 45+ city trucks for daily pickups, deliveries, and live production loads
- Understanding of Reefer/Heater loads
- Communicating clearly and consistently with drivers via phone and Samsara
- Scheduling, tracking, and optimizing routes using TMS platforms (Fleet Manager, Excel)
- Managing trailer assignments and yard flow to ensure operational efficiency
- Providing proactive updates to customers through platforms such as BluJay and E2Open
- Quickly resolving service issues, routing challenges, and last-minute changes




- Maintaining accurate dispatch records and ensuring all systems are up to date
- Supporting a high-performance dispatch team while delivering top-tier customer service

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 3 years of city dispatch experience (city & highway required)
- Proven ability to multitask under pressure in a high-volume environment
- Robust leadership potential and team-first mindset
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation management systems
- Detail-oriented, accountable, and dependable
