Our well established Dental Clinic in Meadowdale Mississauga is looking to a hire a Dental Receptionist for 18 Months (Mat leave replacement.) with option of converting to a permanent role.
About the Role:
We’re seeking someone who can, from day 1, create a welcoming environment, manage a busy front desk, and ensure a seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out. As the face of our clinic, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients with a warm, professional attitude.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Abledent software (mandatory)
- Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries efficiently
- Process payments, insurance claims, and billing
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Coordinate with dentists and hygienists to ensure smooth daily operations
- Experience with CDCP claims is preferred.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience using Abeldent or other Dental software (required)
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Friendly, patient-focused approach
- Foreign Trained Dentists are welcome!
- Mons to Thursdays & Alternate Saturdays.
