On behalf of our client, leaders in the production of gym equipments, we are looking for an Inventory & ERP Support Specialist.
An ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, great punctuality and take pride in their work. This position provides steady work hours, potential for overtime and room for growth within the company.
Shift: 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
1. Mandatory Requirements
· Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and general computer skills.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to build positive relationships with production floor employees and work effectively in a team.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy when counting inventory and maintaining records.
· Ability to investigate inventory discrepancies and incorrect transactions.
· Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and adapt to new processes.
· Strong multitasking, organization, and prioritization skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
2. Preferred Assets
· Previous administrative or inventory control experience.
· Familiarity with manufacturing environments, SKUs, and part numbers.
· ERP experience,
preferably involving inventory transactions, is an asset but not mandatory.
3. Key Responsibilities
· Perform physical inventory counts and verify system quantities.
· Process inventory transactions in the ERP system.
· Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and transaction errors.
· Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets.
· Coordinate with production floor personnel and other departments to verify information and resolve issues.
· Ability to work efficiently, both independently as well as in a team setting
