Kenorah is currently looking for a full-time Project Manager to join our commercial team. We are looking for that special person who is hardworking, passionate, humble and resourceful.
This role will require the following responsibilities and requirements;
We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Project Manager to lead our commercial design-build projects from pre-construction through to final sign-off. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of project execution—managing budgets, schedules, trades, and client relationships while ensuring every job meets our high standards for quality and safety.
What You’ll Do:
Project Leadership: Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and on budget.
Trade & Vendor Management: Coordinate subcontractors, manage procurement, and maintain accountability across all site operations.
Client & Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, architects, consultants, and municipal inspectors.
Financial & Schedule Oversight: Drive job costing, change-order management, progress billing, and detailed schedule tracking.
Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce site safety standards and maintain strict quality control from breakdown to hand-off.
What You Bring:
- Proven track record managing commercial construction or design-build projects.
- Strong financial acumen with experience handling project budgets, contracts, and subcontracts.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and site-leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, permitting processes,
and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Must be a permanent resident of Canada
- Versatile, enthusiastic, self-motivated and cooperative
- Must have 5+ years of commercial tenant improvement experience.
- A well-versed understanding of local building codes and practices is an asset
- Able to travel throughout the Lower Mainland.
