We are seeking an Installation Manager to step off the ladders and into a leadership role, using their invaluable experience to mentor our next generation and ensure every customer experience is top-notch.

What You'll Be Doing (The "Hands-Off" Part):

- Measure & Confirm: Travel to customer sites to accurately measure and confirm the details of all new orders. You’ll be the expert ensuring a seamless transition from sales to install.
- Logistics Guru: Efficiently arrange and schedule all installation projects, managing timelines and resources like a chess master.
- Crew Management & Mentorship: Oversee installation crews, providing guidance, coaching, and leveraging your deep experience to troubleshoot complex issues before they become problems.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct site visits and follow-ups to guarantee that every installation meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Assurance:



Serve as a knowledgeable and reassuring point of contact for customers during the installation process, answering questions and confirming expectations.
