About the Role

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) to join our growing team on an independent contractor basis, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

As an RMT at Cheeva, you will provide professional, personalized massage therapy treatments that support relaxation, recovery, mobility, and overall well-being.

We're looking for practitioners who combine clinical expertise with a warm, thoughtful approach to client care and who appreciate the importance of creating a peaceful, welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional, high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client's individual needs.
- Conduct client assessments, develop appropriate treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Apply therapeutic massage techniques to support relaxation, pain management, mobility, and overall wellness.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding treatment goals, comfort, and aftercare recommendations.
- Maintain skilled standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and treatment space preparation.
- Ensure all treatments and documentation comply with College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) standards.
- Work collaboratively with fellow practitioners and the front-of-house team to create a seamless guest experience.
- Uphold Cheeva's values of hospitality, mindfulness,



respect, and genuine care.

Qualifications & Experience

- Active registration and good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) is required.
- Valid professional liability insurance.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, massage therapy techniques, and client assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
- Professional, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional care.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
- Interest in Thai culture, traditional wellness practices, and holistic approaches to well-being is an asset.
- Previous clinical or spa experience is an asset, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is preferred.

Compensation & Opportunities

- Competitive 60/40 revenue split — 60% to the RMT, 40% to Cheeva. Negotiable based on experience.
- 100% of gratuities go directly to the practitioner.
