GG Calgary is looking for a reliable, experienced, and motivated Snow Removal Crew Lead to join our team for the winter season!

We are looking for someone who can lead by example, manage a crew, and ensure snow removal operations are completed safely, efficiently, and to our company standards. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent driving history, and the ability to take charge during busy snow events, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise a snow removal crew during winter operations.
- Coordinate daily tasks to ensure properties are cleared efficiently and on time.
- Operate trucks and snow removal equipment as required.
- Ensure parking lots, roadways, sidewalks, and other designated areas are cleared safely.
- Monitor crew performance and ensure work meets company standards.
- Complete vehicle and equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
- Communicate with management and crew members throughout snow events.
- Work overnight shifts, early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Maintain a protected, organized, and professional work environment.

Requirements

- Valid Class 5 driver's licence.
- No interruptions in driving history within the last three years.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and available during snow events.




- Ability to work long shifts in cold winter conditions.
- Comfortable working extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous snow removal or crew leadership experience is preferred.
- Experience operating skid steers and loaders is a strong asset.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
