CARSTAR Olds is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Junior Collision Estimator / Appraiser.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone interested in the automotive industry who wants to develop a career in collision repair estimating. Previous estimating experience is not required — we're willing to train the right person!

You'll work alongside experienced team members, receiving hands-on training and coaching as you develop your estimating, customer service and technical skills.

What You'll Do

- Assist with vehicle damage inspections and preparation of collision repair estimates.
- Learn to identify and document vehicle damage, repair requirements and related information.
- Develop skills using estimating software, repair procedures and insurance processes.
- Assist with estimate updates, supplements, approvals and customer follow-up.
- Work closely with technicians, production and other team members to keep repairs moving efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation while gradually taking on more responsibility.

What We're Looking For

- Positive attitude, initiative and a willingness to learn.
- Interest in vehicles or the automotive industry. Previous automotive, parts or customer service experience is an asset.
