Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Dispatchers to coordinate schedules and routes for drivers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly under pressure, and ensure timely and efficient responses.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls via phone and software systems
- Coordinate routes, schedules, and assignments to optimize efficiency
- Monitor field activity and adjust routes as needed
- Must have knowledge of Loadlink
- Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and co-workers
- Handle customer inquiries, updates, and issue resolution professionally
- Ability to spot quote customers
- Follow company policies and safety standards

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of dispatch experience




- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and make quick decisions under pressure
- Proficiency with computers, phones, and dispatch software
- Knowledge of local and Ontario areas

Compensation & Perks

- Competitive salary: $50,000 - $60,000 to start
