Your Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding account balances.
- Assist customers in finding suitable payment solutions.
- Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
- Review and update customer information using CRM systems.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet individual performance targets and monthly collection goals.
- Help customers manage their financial obligations and work towards improving their credit.
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence in handling challenging customer conversations.
- Motivated, competitive, and results-oriented personality.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Previous experience in collections, customer service, banking, or sales is an asset.

Compensation
Base Pay: $22.00 – $29.00 CAD per hour
Additional Compensation: Opportunity to earn monthly performance-based bonuses and commissions.
