Overview

We are seeking a dependable, organized Team Leader/Supervisor to guide daily operations and support a team in meeting program goals. This role combines staff supervision, administrative coordination, and program management. The successful candidate will communicate clearly, keep work organized, and help the team deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and support team members, including assigning work, monitoring progress, and providing day-to-day guidance.
- Coordinate program activities, schedules, and resources to keep operations running smoothly.
- Track program goals, deadlines, and outcomes; identify issues and help develop practical solutions.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, schedules, and other administrative documentation.
- Assist with budgeting by tracking expenses, preparing budget information, and monitoring resource use.
- Communicate expectations, updates, and operational needs to staff and relevant stakeholders.
- Support onboarding and training, and provide constructive feedback to encourage team development.
- Promote a collaborative, respectful,



and accountable work workplace.
- Follow applicable organizational procedures and help ensure consistent practices across the team.

Requirements

- Supervising experience, including the ability to guide staff, delegate tasks, and address day-to-day operational needs.
- Administrative experience with recordkeeping, scheduling, reporting, or related office coordination.
- Program management skills, including organizing activities, tracking progress, and managing competing priorities.
- Familiarity with budgeting, expense tracking, or resource planning.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, exercise sound judgment, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Experience supporting staff training or development is an asset.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
