Swift Oilfield Supply Inc. is a trusted supplier serving the oil and gas industry across Canada. As we continue to expand throughout Western Canada, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Accounting team at our head office in Nisku, Alberta.

What You’ll Do

As an important member of our Accounting team, you will help ensure the smooth and accurate processing of supplier payments and financial transactions. Your responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing, sorting, and processing vendor invoices, ensuring all required supporting documents and approvals are in place.
- Entering accounts payable invoices and credit notes, matching invoices to purchase orders, and investigating discrepancies.
- Reconciling vendor statements and resolving account discrepancies.
- Processing a high volume of transactions while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Supporting the Accounting team with other duties as required.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is organized, dependable, and committed to getting the details right.



The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous accounts payable experience; one year or more is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of transactions accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) is an asset.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is an asset.
