We are looking for a Production Team Member to oversee the daily physical and administrative flow of our feed and industrial-grade vegetable oil program, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

- Daily Operations: Safely handle the offloading, processing, packaging, and shipping of vegetable oil, totes, and containers.
- Inventory & Recordkeeping: Keep precise stock records using our internal software to maintain product availability, track supplies, and eliminate discrepancies.
- Quality & Sanitation: Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and product quality across all operations and equipment.
- Facility & Equipment Upkeep: Keep the shop floor, tools, and processing equipment clean, organized, and operating at peak performance.
- Streamline Workflows: Spot bottlenecks and share proactive ideas to make daily tasks safer, faster, and easier.
- Cross-Functional Support: Lend a hand in other areas of the shop as needed (e.g., shipping and receiving equipment/parts, parts quality control, etc.).

- Safety & Precision: Oil, totes, and parts are received, processed, and shipped safely, accurately, and on schedule.
- Flawless Inventory: Records are tight, waste is minimized,



and stock is always where it needs to be.
- Facility Pride: Equipment remains clean and reliable, and the shop floor is a safe, spotless workplace.
- Proactive Ownership: You bring fresh ideas to the table that refine our routines and elevate our standards.

- Experience (or Eagerness to Learn): Previous experience in warehouse, shop, manufacturing, agriculture, or fluid processing environments is a plus, but a great work ethic matters most. We are happy to train!

Job Details & Physical Requirements

- Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (Day Shift) | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for full shifts.
- Work Environment: Comfortable working in an active shop environment around machinery and fluids, performing tasks both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
