Metal Form Industries is a small welding and fabrication shop located just outside of Innisfail, Alberta. We manufacture a variety of products from tool boxes and welding skids to agricultural products to custom cabs for the recreational industry. We service local and international businesses across Canada and the US as well as the general public.
We are currently looking for a reliable and self-motivated Metal Fabricator to join our team. Shear, brake and welding experience a definite asset but willing to train the right candidate.
This position will be suitable for a creative person that's physically fit and mechanically inclined with a can-do attitude.
Shifts: Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm, shop located in Red Deer County
Wage negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
Wage: $26.00 to $30.00/hr start with opportunities for advancement

Requirements:
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and also within a team environment
- Attention to detail and high quality workmanship
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn

- Math and Measurement skills
- Proficient knowledge and skill using shear, press brake and C + C Plasma table
- Knowledge and experience with basic hand/power tools and band saw
- Must hold a valid class 5 drivers license
Job Duties may include:
- Preparation of parts and materials for welding
- Rig, hoist and move materials to storage areas or within the worksite
- Operate various tools such as hand tools, cutting torches, grinders, saws, drills, shears
- Operate forklifts and cranes
- Shop clean up
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
