Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Millwright for our client in Woodstock. This a permanent hire. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment within an automotive manufacturing facility. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, electrical experience, and the ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe, effective, and reliable operation of industrial equipment, contributing to the overall productivity and safety of the facility.

Shifts Available

Rotating - days/afternoons Monday - Friday
Days 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Afternoons 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Or

Weekends - 12 hour shifts (6 am - 6 pm) (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Compensation - $42.90/hr

Key Responsibilities:

*Use power tools to expedite repairs, installation and maintenance of plant equipment
*Use and set up of lathes,



milling machines ,saws, drills and grinders
*Understand schematic drawings, symbols and manufacturers manuals and specifications for electrical and hydraulic systems
*Install Keys, Shafting, Speed reducers, brakes, clutches, couplings and drive systems.
* Other duties as assigned

Requirements

- Valid license as a Millwright
- Minimum of 2 years practical experience
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams fluently in English
- Excellent analysis skills for troubleshooting complex mechanical or electrical issues

Pay: $42.90 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
