Position: Property Manager

Requirements:

- A minimum of three years of experience in property management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of managing condominiums and not-for-profit properties efficiently
- Must be licensed by the MFSA or completed the course before employment begins. If, after a minimum of one year of stay, you will be reimbursed for the course.

Responsibilities:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned properties
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Managing tenant/owner relations and addressing their concerns
- Ensuring compliance with property regulations and standards
- Budgeting and financial reporting
- Attend monthly board meetings
