Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team. In this role, you will lead engaging and effective Pilates classes using reformer equipment, inspiring clients to achieve their fitness goals while promoting a positive and motivating environment. Your expertise will help clients improve flexibility, strength, posture, and overall well-being through expertly guided sessions. Fluency in multiple languages, including English and French, is highly valued to connect with a diverse clientele. Duties

- Lead safe, motivating, and well-structured Reformer Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels and client needs
- Demonstrate proper use of reformer equipment and ensure correct technique to prevent injury
- Provide personalized feedback and modifications to accommodate individual abilities and limitations
- Foster a welcoming environment that encourages client engagement, progress, and retention
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment before and after classes
- Communicate effectively with clients about class expectations, health considerations, and progress tracking




- Support the development of new class offerings or workshops to enhance client experience and program variety

Skills

- Fluent in English
- Proven teaching experience in Pilates or similar fitness disciplines with solid leadership qualities
- Excellent communication skills to clearly instruct, motivate, and connect with clients of all backgrounds
- Outstanding customer service skills to create a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all participants
- Strong time management skills to efficiently plan classes and manage client schedules
- Ability to demonstrate leadership by inspiring confidence and fostering a supportive community environment
- Knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and safety protocols related to reformer Pilates practice
