You're already good at this. Classic, hybrid, volume: your sets look right and your clients come back. What you need now isn't more basics. It's a studio built to let you do your best work, and a clear answer to what comes next.
YOU
You'll build and hold your own client book, four to six clients a day, with our marketing and booking system behind you. You'll map every client instead of applying a default, work to our adhesive and retention standards, and have the room to do every set properly.
What you won't be doing: chasing your own leads, running your own ads, arguing about price, or covering an extra day because the calendar looks thin. We handle the demand. You handle the chair.
We'd rather give you the real number than the best case. A full book here earns about $4,500 a month including tips today. As you move up our ladder, that rises past $5,000. While you build, you're guaranteed $18 an hour for your first 60 days, and every dollar of your tips is yours.
As we expand, there's room to grow into senior, mentor and lead roles, with the criteria for each written down from day one.

THE SCHEDULE
Four to five days a week, including one weekend day. Four to six clients a day, typically 30 to 45 hours a week including setup and sanitation.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required
- Two or more years of skilled experience in classic, hybrid and volume
- Legally entitled to work in Canada. We're not able to sponsor work permits.
- Conversational English sufficient for client consultation and aftercare
- A portfolio of your recent work, ideally close-ups
Strongly preferred
- Lash lift and tint
- Brow services
