Now Hiring: Sushi Chef, Kitchen Cook & Server – Kiisu West Vancouver (Reopening)

Location: 1534 Marine Dr, West Vancouver, BC

Kiisu West Vancouver is reopening following a vehicle-impact repair closure. We are hiring now for a start date that will be confirmed once the District of West Vancouver issues the required permits (expected within the coming weeks). Qualified applicants will be contacted as soon as the opening date is set.

Open positions

1. Sushi Chef – Full-time, 40 hours per weekPay: $[25]–$[35] per hour (based on experience)

- Prepare sushi, sashimi and rolls to our standards
- Manage mise en place and inventory for the sushi bar
- Previous sushi restaurant experience required

2. Kitchen Cook – Full time, 40 hours per weekPay: $[20]–$[30] per hour (based on experience)

- Prepare Japanese hot dishes (tempura, teriyaki, rice and noodle dishes)




- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Restaurant kitchen experience preferred

3. Server – Part-time, approximately 30 hours per weekPay: $[18.25]–$[25] per hour plus tips

- Greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, handle POS and payments
- Serving experience preferred; training provided

All positions

- Evenings and weekends required
- FoodSafe certification (or willingness to obtain); Serving It Right for servers
- Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
