Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting students in achieving their goals. Responsibilities

- Design and prepare lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and student needs
- Deliver clear, engaging, and interactive instruction to diverse groups of learners
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support improvement
- Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom workplace that encourages participation and curiosity
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student achievements
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop program content and improve instructional strategies
- Stay current with industry best practices and incorporate innovative techniques into teaching





Qualifications

- Proven experience in teaching or training within relevant subject areas
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate students
- Ability to develop creative lesson plans that cater to various learning styles
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping
- Relevant certifications or degrees in the subject area are preferred but not mandatory
- Passion for education, mentorship, and continuous professional development
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies or curriculum changes
- UCMAS training or UCMAS certification with be an asset.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
