Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, attentive Server to join our agile restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting guests with their dining experience to promote customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Provide professional recommendations to our menu item and drinks.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout shifts.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables efficiently.
- Provide guest services that exceed expectations, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.

Skills





- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Strong customer service communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and cashiering.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Kitchen experience or food industry background is a plus for understanding food preparation processes.
- Effective communication skills for guest interactions and teamwork.
- Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and upselling opportunities. Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
