Overview

We are seeking reliable Insulated Metal Panel Installers and Cladders to install insulated metal panels and exterior cladding on construction projects. This hands-on role involves working with a crew to measure, position, fasten, and seal panels while maintaining quality and job-site safety. Applicants should be comfortable with physical work, including heavy lifting and working at heights when required.

Responsibilities

- Install insulated metal panels and cladding according to project plans, specifications, and safety procedures.
- Measure, mark, align, and secure panels using appropriate hand tools and fastening equipment.
- Read and follow blueprints and installation details to confirm dimensions, layouts, and sequencing.
- Apply caulking and sealants to joints and connections to help protect against moisture and air infiltration.
- Assist with material handling, staging, and moving panels and tools around the job site.
- Coordinate with crew members and supervisors to keep work organized and meet project requirements.
- Inspect completed work, identify fit or finish issues, and help correct them.
- Keep tools and work areas orderly and follow job-site safety practices.
- Willingness to travel within and outside of Saskatchewan
- Candidates must have their own reliable means of transportation





Experience

- Construction experience is preferred; experience installing metal panels, cladding, or similar building materials is an advantage.
- Carpentry skills and familiarity with measuring, layout, fastening, and finishing are helpful.
- Ability to use common hand tools safely and effectively.
- Blueprint reading experience is preferred, or a willingness to learn to interpret plans and installation details.
- Experience with caulking and sealant application is beneficial.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting, standing, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Dependability, attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to safe work practices are essential.

Pay: $22.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
