What you’ll do
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing, inventory and workflow
- Lead, hire, train and mentor pharmacists, technicians and assistants
- Ensure compliance with New Brunswick College of Pharmacists (NBCP) standards and regulations
- Deliver and grow clinical services such as minor ailment prescribing, medication reviews and immunizations
- Build strong relationships with patients, physicians and the local healthcare community
- Drive pharmacy performance and patient care quality
What we’re looking for
- Licensed, or eligible for licensure, with the Current Brunswick College of Pharmacists
- Pharmacy management or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization and team-building skills
- Passion for patient care and community health
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset
