Overview
We are seeking experienced Metal Building erectors and cladders to collaborate on construction projects throughout B.C with a focus on quality, efficiency and safety starting immediately in October 2026. The ideal candidates will have a robust background in the Metal Building Industry and the ability to take direction from your site Foreman. Ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time, you must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the industry and have solid references. Foreman experience could also be beneficial as we have several jobs running at the moment and will need additional Foremen, as well as general erectors and cladders. Pay range starting at $30/hour up to $45/hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

- Take direction from a senior supervisor on site
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Installation of structural steel, insulation and cladding in accordance with industry standards
- Ensure high-quality results on time and within budget
- Utilize power tools effectively for various construction tasks
- Operate man lifts and have current certifications for Fall arrest and Elevated lift

Skills





- Proficient in using power tools and equipment necessary for construction tasks
- Reliable and efficient in a team environment. Good communication and follow-through is a must.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges on-site.
- Valid DL with transportation to and from site. Accommodation and Living Out paid for out of town work
- Must have valid Fall Protection certification and Elevated Lift certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kelowna, BC (V1Y): reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

- Metal Building : 10 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Fall Protection and Elevated Lift certifications (required)
- Drivers License (required)
