Overview

- We are seeking skilled Plumbers and Sheet Metal Workers to support commercial construction and installation projects. This hands-on role involves installing, assembling, maintaining, and repairing plumbing and HVAC systems while following project plans, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- We are hiring for out of town work currently, 2 weeks on , 1 week off. Living out allowance (LOA) and accommodations provided.
- Work may take place at active job sites and require collaboration with other trades. Applicants should be comfortable working with tools, materials, and equipment in a physically demanding construction environment.
- Relevant trade experience is preferred. Candidates with a solid mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.

Responsibilities

- Install, assemble, maintain, and repair plumbing, HVAC, and sheet metal systems according to project requirements.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation plans to determine layouts, measurements, and material needs.
- Measure, cut, shape, fit, and secure piping, ductwork, and related components.




- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively; assist with welding and other fabrication tasks when needed.
- Perform basic calculations and verify measurements to support accurate installation.
- Coordinate work with supervisors and other construction trades to keep projects organized and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean work area, care for tools and equipment, and follow job-site safety practices.
- Lift and move materials as required, using safe handling techniques.

Skills

- Plumbing or HVAC knowledge and experience are valuable.
- Mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot equipment or installation issues.
- Construction experience, including familiarity with carpentry or related trades.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
- Blueprint reading and familiarity with schematics.
- Basic math skills for measurements, layout, and material calculations.
- Ability to perform assembly and fitting work; welding experience is a plus.
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and work on your feet in a construction setting.

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
