WE’RE HIRING — HARDSCAPE FOREMAN at Element Construction | Full-Time | 50 Hours per Week

Take pride in your work? Know how to lead a crew and build outdoor spaces that last? Element Construction is looking for an experienced Hardscape Foreman to join our team.

Your role:

- Lead and work alongside a hardscape crew. Oversee patios, walkways, retaining walls, and paver installations. Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and equipment to keep projects moving. Ensure proper excavation, base preparation, grading, and drainage. Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and site organization.

What you bring:

- Robust hands-on hardscaping experience. Experience leading a crew and managing daily site operations. Ability to read plans, establish grades, and operate equipment. Dependability, attention to detail, and clear communication. A valid driver’s licence.
