Factors Group are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our team in this onsite role in Kelowna, Lake Country! Address: 8155 Jim Bailey Crescent, Kelowna
Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday (40 Hours) - Onsite
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
You’re good at:
• With outstanding customer service skills, you are happy to solve issues involving software and hardware
• Troubleshooting and solving or escalating issues from tickets from our ITSM, Freshservice
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users
You have:
• 2+ years experience in an enterprise support environment
• Strong knowledge of desktop hardware and peripherals, including installation, configuration,



and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Windows Workstations and Servers, InTune, Microsoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory, and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with MacOS and its integration into a Windows-based environment.
• A full drivers license and regular access to a vehicle to drive between locations
