Qualifications :

- Minimum 2 years of administrative and customer service experience with a strong preference for finance or insurance industry.
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
- Background in financial services,



specialty finance, lending or leasing an asset.
- Experience using AI tools.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong eye for detail and good analytical skills.
- Bilingual French/English a plus.
