Job Summary

- You are a currently a rental manager, leasing agent or Realtor looking for opportunity and change. You’re a top performer, but maybe overworked, under paid and undervalued at your current gig. Perhaps you are looking to augment your sales business with the steady and secure income of a rental portfolio._
- You’re just like us. We are a small, boutique brokerage changing the way rental properties are managed. There is no boss-employee dynamic here, only mentor-mentee, and professional real estate associates allied for mutual support and gain. You decide where you want to take your business and your career._
- You would be responsible for an assigned portfolio of residential rentals (detached homes, single condo units, suites) and undertake all aspects of the rental cycle: advertising and showing, leasing and inspections, maintenance and accounting. If a practicing Realtor, you are the lead referral for any sales leads. _
- Maybe you currently manage a small portfolio alone and are looking for partnership and administrative support. Your own “book of business” remains yours during and after your time with our brokerage._

- Prerequisites are a commitment to providing clients with expert one to one service, and a license in property management or residential real estate. Experience is preferred but the right associate can be mentored._

- Compensations are commission based and net earnings are based on portfolio size and efficiency: how much do you want to work and earn? _
