We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Port Coquitlam.

- Position Overview _

The Inside Sales Representative plays an important role in supporting sales operations by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and assisting clients with product solutions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Key Responsibilities _
- Manage inbound inquiries from existing customers, including routine quotation requests and bids for large-scale commercial and industrial projects.
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities and engage potential clients to generate demand for STG's products and services.
- Stay updated on new products, services, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions that meet customer needs.




- Prepare accurate quotations and detailed Sales Order Acknowledgements (SOA) outlining customer requirements and project specifications.
- Work closely with the Logistics and Client Services teams to resolve order-related issues and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing responsive support and product knowledge.
- Develop and maintain the price list by analyzing historical shipping cost data provided by the Procurement and Logistics departments to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
- Preferred Skills (Assets) _
- Experience in mining supply sales .
- Experience preparing commercial quotations or project bids .
- Spanish or French language skills are considered an asset.
- Experience with Microsoft systems like Excel is a strong bonus.

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
