We are looking for a Retail Store Manager who thrives in an energetic retail workplace and loves building high-performing teams. This role is ideal for experienced Store Managers. What You’ll Do As Store Manager, you will lead all aspects of store performance including recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing sales team. You will drive sales results and key retail metrics while creating an engaging and interactive in-store experience.



The role includes coaching team members to deliver exceptional customer service, managing daily store operations including merchandising, scheduling, and inventory, and ensuring the store reflects Showcase brand standards and energy. You will work closely with your District Manager to grow sales and build a strong team culture.
