We are expanding our solar division and are seeking a motivated Solar Sales Representative to help homeowners transition to clean, cost-effective energy.

We provide robust operational support, qualified leads, and a streamlined install process—allowing our sales team to focus on what they do best: closing quality solar projects.

Position Overview : As a Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for educating homeowners on solar energy solutions, conducting consultations, and closing residential solar projects. This is a performance-based role with uncapped commission and significant earning potential for motivated individuals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Generate and follow up on solar sales leads (company-provided and self-generated)
- Conduct in-home or virtual solar consultations
- Educate customers on solar PV systems, energy savings, and financing options
- Prepare and present solar proposals
- Close residential solar contracts
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation
- Coordinate with project management and installation teams




- Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times

Qualifications & Requirements :

- Proven sales experience (solar, home improvement, or B2C sales preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working on commission
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
- Basic technical aptitude (solar training provided)

Assets (Not Required):

- Solar sales experience
- Construction, electrical, or renewable energy background
- Existing sales network or referral base
