Overview

Responsibilities

- Sourcing, and ordering parts, following up on backorders and credits, processing cores and warranties as well as building hydraulic hoses for customers
- Staying on top of outstanding orders and communicate ETAs on backorders
- Arranging either pickup and delivery of parts or shipment of parts to the shop
- Managing part inventory, ensuring an adequate supply to meet customer demands and servicing requirements
- Collaborating with the service technicians and initiating part orders to ensure efficient and timely repairs
- Utilize POS systems and Google Drive for data entry, reporting, and inventory management
- Cultivating positive relationships with parts suppliers and negotiate favorable terms for part purchases
- Visiting customers on site to provide part support and other service opportunities
- Delivering excellent customer service and working well in a team setting

Requirements :





- Prior dealership experience or retail sales background preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems and Google Drive/Sheets
- Experience with agricultural equipment, or maintenance is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and negotiation abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment and record keeping
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
