Mike’s Appliance Service Inc. Appliance repair, installation and gas fitting company.

We are seeking a service technician trainee, to cover the area of Oakville. Specialized training will be provided.

Responsibilities :

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Order and install parts needed to repair machines
- Manage inventory on service truck
- Troubleshoot various electrical and mechanical systems
- Create invoices and take payments
- Other duties

Qualifications:

- Previous experience with trades work or customer service
- Good mind for troubleshooting,



ability to be taught to understand complex electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical, ability to read a schematic.
- G3 or G2 gas fitting license is a strong asset.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : $19.00-$30.00 per hour
