- Perform full interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles (vacuuming, wiping, steaming, pressure washing, etc.)
- Use equipment such as vacuums, steamers, drills, and pressure washers safely and effectively
- Follow established detailing procedures and uphold company standards for quality consistently
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily schedules and maintain a clean, organized work workplace
- Ensure all detailing tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining quality standards MUST BE ABLE TO MEET DEADLINES
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during vehicle drop-off and pick-up
- Communicate clearly with coworkers and customers to ensure satisfaction and efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and ensure all equipment is properly stored after use
- Be punctual, reliable, and qualified at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or automotive detailing is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality :
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly
- Willingness to learn and adapt to Yes Buddy’s professional process :
- Available to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs , bend, crouch, kneel , and work on your feet for extended periods
- Have a valid G2 or G license and clean driving abstract
- Must be willing to obtain a criminal record check
