Job Summary: As a Shelby’s Associate, you will collaborate with the owners and managers to ensure each shift operates smoothly and successfully, all while having fun. You will be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience and maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities and Duties: Delivering the Perfect Guest Experience: Provide excellent customer service to ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

Handling Cash Flow: Manage cash transactions efficiently and accurately.

Ensuring Quality Products: Consistently deliver high-quality food and beverages to customers.

Maintaining Standards: Adhere to and uphold standards for hygiene, cleanliness, and food quality.

Job Requirements: Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly and perform in a quick-paced environment.

Team Player: Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.

Flexibility: Available to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
