Now Hiring: Kitchen Supervisor Boston Pizza Shawnessy

Boston Pizza Shawnessy is a very busy location, and we’re looking for a strong, organized Kitchen Supervisor to help lead our back-of-house team through the rush.

- This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on the line, leads by example, and knows how to keep a kitchen running smoothly when the pressure is on.

Compensation : $19-$21/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do :

- Lead kitchen shifts and support daily BOH operations- Expo during peak periods to ensure food quality and timing- Coach and support line cooks and prep team members- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety practices are followed- Support prep planning, pars, and waste control- Work closely with the KM and management team to hit COGs and labour targets

What We’re Looking For :

- Previous line cook or kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant- Strong understanding of kitchen flow, timing, and organization- Natural leader who can motivate and direct a team- Calm,



focused, and efficient under pressure- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards- Open availability for evenings and weekends
