Sicom Industries Ltd., a division of Boundary Mining Group is hiring for a Production Coordinator!

Reporting to Senior Management (Production Manager and Controller), the Production Coordinator is a highly detail-oriented role, balancing many priorities in order to support the flow of production. They will support the Production Manager with scheduling of work, invoicing, and work orders coming in.

Key Responsibilities :

- Reviewing purchase orders and creating the appropriate work order.
- Working with the customer to correct details on the purchase order and drawings if it differs from the original request.
- Document control meeting our AS9100 and ISO9001 standards.
- Setting up jobs in the ERP system and maintaining / updating jobs based on status and customer requirements.
- Tracking production and liaising with the operational managers in order to provide production updates to the customer.
- Create revenue projections monthly and update based on feedback during the production planning meeting.




- Cross training to be back-up support for accounts payable and receivable work as needed.

Qualifications :

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of production coordinating experience in a manufacturing workplace.
- Mechanical aptitude is considered an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience ERP systems is considered an asset.
- Accounts receivable experience is considered an asset.

- Dependable and consistent in attendance and productivity.
- High attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all paperwork.

Working Conditions :

- Monday to Friday in office, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
- General manufacturing / machine shop environment.
- ISO9001 and AS9100 environment.
- Extended periods of time sitting; use of computer and peripherals.
