Rocanda is seeking a Plant Supervisor for one of our shipping and manufacturing facilities. This position is a full time role responsible for the management of multiple teams of blend operators and shipping personnel.

Key Responsibilities :

- Coordination of shipping personnel for mixing, staging, and loading trucks, along with providing assistance as required in loading and unloading trucks
- Working with other facility supervisors to plan for movement of raw materials and finished goods
- Oversee all building maintenance, cleaning, and day-to-day operations
- Assign tasks and direction for each shift, along with requisite follow-up to ensure timely execution of critical tasks
- Plan and organize floor space and storage in warehouse
- Work with leadership and HSE manager to ensure all health and safety requirements are met
- Stage product and equipment and handle the pumping of totes into incoming bulk tankers
- Track and report to leadership in a timely manner all absent employees, all safety incidents,



and overtime hours worked
- Submit and manage all requisition forms for supplies
- Identify areas of need daily and jump in to fill them - mixing blends, operating forklift, moving material, cleaning
- Ensure accurate hard counts are conducted weekly on all building inventory
- Schedule on-call staff for evening/weekend duties, and fill in when needed
- Supervise manufacturing and quality control staff

Prior experience in chemical manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution operations required. Prior experience in a supervisory role is a must. Experience with various pumps such as bowie and diaphragm pumps, and other mechanical equipment, considered an asset.

Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
