Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry, with a focus on providing excellent food and service in a fast-paced environment. The Kitchen Team Member will support meal preparation, food handling, and ensure the smooth operation of kitchen activities, contributing to a positive dining experience for our customers.

Duties

- Assist in meal preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Support food service operations by serving customers and managing food presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all food items
- Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying supervisors of supply needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of meals during busy periods
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to promote a safe working environment





Requirements :

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food handling best practices
- Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
- Basic understanding of the food industry operations is a plus

Skills (needs to have at least one of the following)

- Cut whole chicken into pieces
- Thinly slice beef
- Prepare soup stock (night shift required)
- Seafood Prep
- Kitchen assistant skills
