Position Overview : St. Charles Golf and Country Club is seeking a dependable and motivated Assistant to the Facility Manager to support the daily upkeep and operation of our clubhouse and facility. This hands-on position plays an important role in ensuring our spaces remain clean, well-maintained, and ready for members and events. The Assistant will report directly to the Facility Manager and assist with a variety of maintenance and operational tasks within the clubhouse and locker rooms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the clubhouse and locker rooms :

- Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance tasks :

- Assist with painting and small improvement projects :





- Support event setup and tear-down , including arranging furniture and equipment

- Help ensure all facility areas are safe, organized, and presentable

- Perform additional facility-related duties as assigned

Schedule :

- Full-time, 5 days per week :

- Shift start time of 6:00 AM during peak season

Qualifications :

- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving equipment, and standing for extended periods
- Basic maintenance or handyman experience is an asset
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Able to follow direction and communicate effectively
- Access to reliable transportation is recommended but not required
