Job Summary We’re hiring summer staff members to help keep our condominium property looking clean and in outstanding shape for the season. Most of the work is outdoors - mowing, trimming, weeding, watering, and general cleanup around the grounds. You’ll also help with other seasonal tasks as they come up. If you like fresh air, sunshine, working with a team, staying active, and doing hands‑on work instead of sitting indoors all day, this job fits. No experience needed - we’ll show you what to do.

Responsibilities

- Keep the grounds looking clean and sharp - mowing, trimming, weeding, watering, and general outdoor upkeep
- Help with seasonal tasks like clearing debris, tidying common areas, and small maintenance jobs around the property
- Keep walkways, lawns, and shared spaces tidy throughout the day
- Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities to prevent accidents

Qualifications - We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being active and working outdoors, and who takes pride in putting in a solid effort each day.

- No previous experience required




- Able to speak and understand English clearly to follow instructions, communicate and work safely with the team
- Able to work a few hours outdoors each day in sun and heat
- Comfortable doing hands‑on work and staying active
- Experience using basic yard care tools like a push mower, edger, or leaf blower is an asset, but we are willing to train
- Able to lift up to 40lbs as part of regular outdoor tasks
- Able to work well in a small team and follow direction from the Site Manager

Additional Details

- Flexible start date available, with options to begin May through July
- Part time position with primarily morning hours, approximately 3 to 4 hours per day; one paid 15 minute break
- Located in South Winnipeg near the University of Manitoba, accessible by multiple bus routes; parking provided
- Casual dress

Job Types : Part-time, Seasonal Contract length: 3-4 months

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
