This full-time Assistant Service Manager oversees the Service Consultant team and supports daily operations. The position covers selling, follow-up, customer retention, technician productivity, and continuous improvement. Strong communication, organization, vehicle repair knowledge, and people management skills are central to the work.

Requirements:
- Minimum two years of preferred Service Consultant experience
- Robust technical knowledge of vehicle repairs
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and people management skills
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Valid license, clean record, transportation, and required checks
