Senior Staff Accountant

A vertically integrated real‑estate development and construction platform is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to support its accounting team. This is a hands‑on role focused on loan activity, job cost accounting, and month‑end close across active development and operating entities.

This position is an onsite replacement hire and offers immediate responsibility in a rapid‑paced, execution‑driven environment.

Base Pay Range

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare loan closing journal entries, including proceeds, fees, and escrows
- Manage loan draws, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Support loan compliance reporting and lender requirements
- Assist with month‑end close,



including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Support job cost accounting and cost capitalization
- Partner with senior accounting leadership on reporting and ad‑hoc analyses

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in real‑estate, development, or construction accounting preferred
- Hands‑on exposure to loan closings and draws
- Job cost accounting experience
- Month‑end close experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in an onsite environment
