Manitoulin-Sudbury District Services Board seeks an Employment Consultant/Job Developer for up to 12 months. The position provides employment counselling, job development, and case management services. You will connect clients with employers while addressing barriers through action planning, workshops, and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized employment action plans
- Provide career guidance, job search assistance, and service referrals
- Design and deliver employment and skills workshops
- Recruit employers and develop aligned job and training opportunities




- Record outcomes in EOIS-CAMS and maintain organized client files

Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Human Services or a similar field
- At least three years in Human Services or Employment Services
- Valid Ontario Class G licence and insured employment vehicle
- Knowledge of community programs and local labour markets
- Robust interpersonal, marketing, negotiation, and computer skills
