Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble and finish têxtile products according to specifications
- Monitor machine operation to detect and correct issues promptly, ensuring smooth workflow
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects, making adjustments as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times during machine operation
- Assist with inventory management by tracking materials used and reporting shortages

Skills

- Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for precise sewing tasks




- Ability to operate sewing machines efficiently and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
- Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced setting
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to machinery operation

Pay: $19.49-$30.00 per hour
