About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Coordinator to support our residential HVAC and Water Heater operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
- Receive, store, and track HVAC and water heater inventory.
- Prepare equipment and job packages for installation crews.
- Order materials and coordinate deliveries with suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
- Process returned equipment and ensure it is properly restocked.
- Assist with scheduling equipment pickups and deliveries.
- Report damaged equipment and warranty items.
- Safely operate a forklift (training/certification provided if required).
- Work closely with the Install Manager and Warehouse Supervisor to support daily operations.
- Register warranty for new installations.
- Assist other departments and job tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or construction is an asset.
- Solid organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Forklift experience is an asset.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Valid G driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
